Terms of Service

Terms governing Intilaqa AI's hosted agents, dashboard, APIs, and integrations, including our refund, cancellation, and plan-change policy.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Refund Policy, cancellation, and plan changes

1. Agreement and service provider

These Terms form an agreement between the person or organisation accepting them ("Customer", "you") and the Intilaqa AI service provider identified in the applicable order form, checkout, or invoice ("Intilaqa", "we"). By creating an account, accepting an order, or using the Service, you confirm that you have authority to bind the Customer and accept these Terms.

If you use the Service as a consumer rather than for a business or professional purpose, mandatory protections under Turkish Law No. 6502 and its secondary legislation remain unaffected and prevail over any conflicting provision.

2. The Service and accounts

Intilaqa provides software for configuring and operating AI agents through a website widget, APIs, a dashboard, and supported communication integrations. Features, quotas, supported countries, models, channels, and support depend on the selected plan and configuration. An order form may add commercial terms and controls for that order if it conflicts with these Terms.

  • Provide accurate account information, protect authentication methods and keys, and promptly report suspected compromise.
  • Keep server-only integration and secret keys in protected backend environments; do not expose them in browser code, public repositories, or client-side applications.
  • You are responsible for authorised users, configurations, uploaded content, channel connections, and account activity unless caused by Intilaqa's breach.

3. Customer Data and AI processing

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant Intilaqa a limited, non-exclusive right to host, index, embed, retrieve, transmit, and otherwise process Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and comply with law in relation to the Service.

Intilaqa does not use Customer Data to train or fine-tune shared or public AI models. The Service retrieves relevant customer records and may transmit the necessary question, instructions, and retrieved context to the configured model provider to generate a response. You confirm that you have the rights and legal basis required to supply Customer Data and instruct this processing.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Do not upload data you are not authorised to process; access another tenant; bypass limits or security; probe for vulnerabilities without written permission; or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not present output as guaranteed medical, legal, financial, immigration, safety, or other professional advice. Apply qualified human review where a decision may materially affect a person.
  • Comply with connected-channel rules, including consent, anti-spam, and WhatsApp/Meta requirements where enabled.

5. AI outputs and customer review

AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect even when grounded in retrieved data. The Customer is responsible for configuring its knowledge, reviewing material outputs, maintaining current source data, and deciding whether an output is appropriate for its business or end user. Intilaqa does not guarantee every output is error-free or suitable for a high-impact decision.

6. Plans, payment, renewal, and cancellation

Prices, billing period, taxes, included usage, renewal, and any trial are shown before purchase or in the applicable order. Unless the order states otherwise, a recurring subscription renews for the same billing period until cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase charges already incurred.

The subscription provides access to hosted digital software through your account; it does not involve shipping a physical product. You remain responsible for configuring your agent and connecting your own data and website.

6.1 Refund Policy, cancellation, and plan changes

Intilaqa AI is intended primarily for business and professional use. We do not offer a voluntary money-back period. Except where applicable law, the Paddle terms applicable to your purchase, or an express written agreement requires otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable. Changing your mind, not using the Service or its full quota, or cancelling after a renewal does not entitle you to a full or partial refund from Intilaqa.

Cancellation stops future renewal; it is not a refund request. Cancel from your account's billing page before the next renewal. Once cancellation is confirmed, your current plan remains available until the end of its paid billing period, subject to its usage limits and these Terms. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or erase charges already due.

You may request a downgrade to an available lower plan from the billing page. A confirmed downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, on the date shown in your account. The current plan and its limits remain in effect until then. There is no refund of the current period's price difference or unused quota solely because you downgrade.

Nothing here restricts mandatory rights, remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed, billing-error corrections, or lawful payment disputes. If you legally qualify as a consumer, applicable withdrawal and refund rights remain protected, including under Turkish Law No. 6502 and its implementing regulations. A digital-service exception applies only when its legal conditions are met; calling a purchase a business subscription does not itself waive statutory rights.

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply. Paddle may independently review and grant discretionary refunds under its policy, including requests submitted within its stated 14-day window. A request does not guarantee a refund. Our no-voluntary-refund policy does not limit Paddle's powers or obligations.

For a billing error, access issue, or refund claim under an applicable exception, open a support ticket in your Intilaqa account or contact Paddle through the support link on your receipt. Include the purchase email, transaction or invoice reference, and a description of the issue; never send your full card number, security code, or password. An approved Paddle refund is handled by Paddle under its applicable policy. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

7. Third-party services and intellectual property

The Service may interoperate with model, messaging, authentication, payment, cloud, and data providers. Their availability and terms are outside Intilaqa's control, and the Customer must maintain accounts and permissions required for customer-selected integrations. Intilaqa is responsible for its own Service, not an independent third party's service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Intilaqa and its licensors own the Service, software, interfaces, and documentation. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service during the subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction, but it is not permission to disclose Customer Data or use it for model training.

8. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may maintain or change the Service for security, reliability, compliance, or functionality. We may suspend access to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or provider outage, with notice when practicable. No uptime or support commitment applies unless expressly stated in an order or SLA.

On termination, access ends and Customer Data is handled under the Privacy Notice and any agreed export or deletion terms. Provisions intended to survive—including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability—continue to apply.

9. Liability, law, and contact

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, or wilful misconduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost business opportunity. If an order states no cap, Intilaqa's aggregate contractual liability is limited to fees paid for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction, without restricting a consumer's mandatory right to apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee, consumer court, or other competent authority.
